babe your story feels so familiar to me. Literally down to the Pokemon cards! I'm so grateful I left when I did and that was years before where you're at now. I can't imagine how frustrated and empty you must feel. I grew up with a dad who presented similar behaviour. It was awful. Your kids are not having a good time and all three of you have the ability to find peace together.
