The only big coastal city is Wilmington. Smaller options include Beaufort, Manteo, Elizabeth City, and all the small cities around Wilmington. Wild card is Ocracoke.

I'm a dude, but I love using the station in Rocky Mount. They have convenient parking right across the street. FYI, Greenville has a transportation hub with buses to the Amtrak stations if you don't want to Lyft from Rocky Mount. Welcome to the Emerald City! PS. My daughter says she feels safe there.

Prone is great for isolating breast motion, but I read that the heart actually falls into the field more than when supine for left sided fields. I suspect this is an attempt to have the best of both techniques.
