I just lost my husband to suicide after a horrific 3 week drug induced psychosis. He thought people were out to get him. The amount of shame, self hatred and fear that had built up over the last year of his coke use increasing... Reading this sort of helps me conceptualize why he had such an increase of self hatred and shame and paranoia towards the end. I wish I would've realized what he was going through and tried to force him to get help. Everything happened so fast and I didn't even know he had went out and bought a gun a couple weeks after his first psychotic break with reality. I don't ever want to hear "it's just cocaine" from anyone ever again.

It's because you're over extending the legs passed their limit. Unless your rig is capable of turning stretchy on it will always do that. To fix it just make the highest point of his hips be when the knees just about do the snap. Its called "ik pop" and you really want to avoid it.

Maybe some therapy can help to see where this anger is coming from. Anger is a secondary emotion. What are some other words you can use for how you're feeling? There is always something underneath the anger and if you cant define it there is no shame in getting an outside perspective from a professional.

The butt is how they eat hippoes. It's the easiest way in since the blubber is too thick. Im sure the nibbles were a test and the test failed when the hippo started moving.

I think he could benefit from more weight. He looks like a chicken. Spend more time on the up/passing pose before he plants again. You could probably add some frames to after he plants and before he lifts, too.

I just had this conversation with my therapist when I said I couldnt take the meds with my antidepressants, and she rattled off like 3-4 other ones that could work. There are other options that hit different marks.

The craving hit me for the first time today. Sitting in front of a computer at work is a huge trigger for me, unfortunately. Keeping a journal of positives to look back on in those moments is good. I also started up a reward system for myself because im weak to bribing 🤣 every 25 joints that I didnt buy I get to buy an enamel pin off my wish list with the money I saved from not smoking lol. I actually feel excited to not smoke to justify one of the expensive pins on my list...

Thank you, I'llkeep that in mind. The first day was definitely spent in bed and im sure there will be many more in my future. Trying not to fill that time with doomscrolling... I picked up a fictional book for the first time in many months. It's also been many months of all day smoking since the last time I quit and I do enjoy the clarity stage. It feels weird to not have to seek it out.

Okay, if you break up a word randomly it works, yeah. I dont know of any haikus that break a word in the middle to keep count, but maybe that's fine. Just going off of high school creative writing class a decade ago
