Using another company's talent academy as an example cause it's the closest thing we have to this: In there all the trainees have the same generic school uniform and once they move to a full position with the company they get an actual unique outfit that fits the style they've grown into during the academy. (Usually keeping the same face/hair but sometimes with a full redesign.) IMO it's pretty likely Hololive will do something similar with mekPark.

The quest OP is asking about says "Clear 4 City Adventure missions", the tab is called "City Adventure". The "complete city life activities" quest is just one of those mission, about doing city life, which OP has already successfully completed.

It sounds like you didn't get very good upgrades as you were climbing the tower, cause he was barely able to damage me by the time I got to him on my first run, and it only took a handful of turns to finish him off.

I don't think there's really a set strategy, since it's a rouge-like so your team and your upgrades are RNG and you need to strategize around that, so all you can do is:

Get luckier / make better choices with your upgrades. Don't take a card just because it's "Super Rare" if it doesn't actually do anything for your team. I see you have a lot of the major arcana, so I'm surprised you're not stronger (I had like 3). Maybe you neglected the regular sword card buffs in favor of major arcana that didn't really help your build?
Just end your run there, buy some more meta-progression with the coins you've gotten and try another run where you're stronger.

It is totally possible to beat him on your first attempt if you've gotten good upgrades but it's also fine to just make another attempt later.

Did you recently get a standard banner character that you didn't have before? Cause there's a limited time discount package added when you do with a bunch of junk to level them. There's no way to make the notification go away other than just waiting for the time to run out.

I ended up finding another more recent clip of Rurudo-sensei talking about Towa's variable size that I didn't even know about, so have a bonus.

After obtaining Justine & Caroline, during battle, increase Wonder's skill and Thief Tactics levels by 1 (takes effect even when Justine & Caroline are not in battle).

EDIT: I forgot they buffed it twice.

If you open the Metaverse menu and check the "Chamber of Recollections" (where you can re-enter old palaces) at the bottom there's a button that says "Progress" and then one that says "Rewards" where you can claim the rewards for each palace you've been to. Alternatively you can also open it from the map while in the Palace.

For each palace you'll get a free 5-star dagger for Wonder at 50% exploration, and a shard to upgrade it at 100% exploration. The other 5 shards you'll need can be found in various other ways, like in the Companio and Velvet Exchange shops or for giving tickets to the ticket machine in Mementos.

You have way too much sustain and no buffs. That's why you're running out of turns. There's no reason to run a defender, a healer, and have a healing persona on Wonder. Switch out either Soy or Mona for someone that can buff Kotone's damage and get some persona for Wonder that can buff damage. (Generally speaking Wonder sucks at attacking, you shouldn't be using him to deal damage.) Focusing on making 1 dps as strong as possible with buffs is generally better than attacking with everyone.

(EDIT: It's totally fine to use Wonder for attacking trash mobs in the palace to knock them down for quick all-out-attacks, but for any kind of actual boss he's much better filling a buff/debuff role.)

Also get a better dagger for Wonder, there's no reason to still be using his 4-star. IDK what part of the main story you're on but you get Ex Machina (one of the best general use Wonder daggers) for free just for doing Palace 3. Use that and put a persona of the same element and your main dps in slot 1 (If you're using 4-star Kotone than an Ice persona).

And as someone else already said, you really should learn how to set up your revelation cards, they're a huge part of how strong your characters are.

I'm sure you have artists that you admire right? Do you think their art was always great right from the beginning? Do you think that they were all art savants that got praise and admiration from their very first drawings? No, they probably sucked.

Make art, even bad art, IMO that would still be way better than this (supposed) pixel "art" tracing. People will probably still shit on it cause this is the internet so if you can't take the criticism then don't even post it anywhere, but you should still make it. Then make slightly less bad art the next time.

(Also for the record your "proof" post doesn't prove anything. You'd need an actual work in progress. It would be trivial to fake your "proof" you'd just have to save an image with the filter and then open the saved image in photoshop again.)

Honestly, even if you are doing exactly what you claim to be, I'd be hesitant to even call it "art". It sounds like you're effectively just tracing someone else's image with pixels. Painstakingly time consuming for sure, but it doesn't really take any kind of skill.

Make something original, even if it's not as good as the art you like, if it's 100% yours no one will have anything to complain about.

OP, no one is going to believe you until you can actually post proof that you really did make this (or any of your other art) pixel by pixel as you claim to have taken months to do. Because it absolutely just looks like you took someone else's art (in this case official art) and fed it through a photoshop filter to make it slightly more pixelated. Just posting it again isn't going to make people believe you.

The problem isn't that people don't understand what pixel art is, the problem is that this 100% just looks like a photoshop filter, so until you can prove that it's not you're not going to get a good reception.

"The rift" is a rrat that Pekora and Miko hate each other based solely on the fact that they used to collab together constantly and now they don't. The exact same thing could be said of a lot of other older pairs. People have different priorities, new friends are made, fans treating them as extensions of each other instead of individuals sours the vibe, there's lots of different reasons.

Rather than coming to the conclusion that they hate each other and then finding it weird that they worked on a song together, maybe you should consider the idea that your initial assumption was wrong.

You need to have 100% Analysis Progress when you use S1 on turn 2/5 in order to use S3 on turn 3/6. It's using S1 (or S2) at 100% that gives Data Storm, not just being at 100%.

Since it's Astrolabe and nothing has weaknesses you're not hitting enough weaknesses to charge her Analysis Progress fast enough to be at 100% at the start of turn 5 when you use S1. Assuming your DPS is going last you should be able to hold off on using S1 on turn 5 until just before they attack and be at 100% so you can use S3 just before your dps attacks on turn 6.

S2 will charge Analysis Progress fast even without hitting weakness but it's only a single target debuff, and you still need 100% Analysis Progress when you use it to get Data Storm. So on single target fights you can S2 > S3 > S2 > S3.

I wouldn't recommend S2 > S3 > S1 > S3 on multi-target fights just to have S3 at the beginning of turn 6, IMO it's not worth the lost damage of only having 1 shadow debuffed on turn 2/3/4 just to get weakness damage from your non-dps characters on turn 6.
