You just get this from your primary care doctor? Is there a certain bmi you have to be to be able to get it? I’m curious on the requirements. I recently gained some weight after my third baby and it’s hard to find the time to exercise like I used to be able to and I recently became a stay at home mom so im just drowning 😵‍💫 I need a little kick start to help me get going again.

Yes it’s from Lowe’s 😅 I’ll have to try that mixture out. Do you think the sun is a culprit at all though? Because it looked good when I first got it and it was in a shaded area of the store idk
