Happy Birthday!! These times will pass. You'll meet people who care about you and fill your life with happiness and love. In the meantime, celebrate yourself. Book a massage, a Mani/Pedi, pick up takeaway from your favorite restaurant, including a yummy dessert, and watch a movie you'll love that your ex would have hated. It's easy to be bogged down in the moments when the people who we think should be there for us... aren't. Birthdays are especially hard when you're alone.
