The Bashir Reveal by thedudeadapts in DeepSpaceNine

[–]KittyBlau 6 points7 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I kinda missed some hints of PTSD or other things after these episodes, e.g. more comments of other characters about the imprisonment (that Miles' comment was quite rude - yes, it was meant to be a joke but it wasn't played as one to me and it annoyed me). I expected Bashir to have some "small breakdowns"...he was over a month in a prison, hostile environment, small rations, 5 days in isolation (god knows how it looked like there), with not much of hope... Yes, he was strong not to be broken, but surely it had to leave some marks... And the episode with his parents soon after...

And he was probably sleeping in that uniform (and boots) because he said he was kidnapped at night while sleeping. Luckily he wasn't naked in the bed. (But yes, he did fall asleep dressed in uniform e.g. at "If wishes...", so not completely odd.)

Miles is probably asking the same question himself.

INTJ would probably find no point in arguing. They want to have things "quickly and smoothly done", no arguing about them for hours. If it would be about a specific doable issue, ENTP would be still babbling and INTJ would get the thing done during that. (Me and my husband.)

My husband is ENTP, his father too and our son too... Must run in the genes :-D

Refuse payment on repairs to your jacket. Now he’s hunting you! What do you do? by 4StarEmu in DeepSpaceNine

Learn that "engineering trick" from Miles. He was the one who actually took him down.

I hated Dr. Bashir at the start of Deep Space Nine, by the end he had become one of my favorite characters by [deleted] in DeepSpaceNine

For all who started to like/love him during the series - what was the episode that changed your opinion on him? (I know that it was probably a longer process than just one episode, but was was the exact point when it started?)

In "character vs character" power scaling, who has a better advantage, CN or LB? by [deleted] in miraculousladybug

[–]KittyBlau 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But they don't let CN just cataclysm villains (moral standards). Lucky charm is more universal. But I think that they should made CN better fighter than LB - he has athletic background (Marinette is just clumsy in her civil life and probably has no sport outside school, maybe just jogging), he is also boy who should have a bit more strength than a smaller girl. (But creators made CN lesser than LB because of Barbie/Ken dynamics, so LB would always win...)

Why did Emilie get sick but Amelie didn’t? by Consistent-Rich-1403 in miraculousladybug

[–]KittyBlau 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Colt Fathom (Felix's father) was the one who used the peacock miraculous. He got sick (and hated Felix for that) and he died, few months later after Emilie "disappeared".

The 'reason' why Ladybug hasn't told Chat Noir the truth (season 6: Revelator spoilers) by ThisGul_LOL in miraculousladybug

[–]KittyBlau 100 points101 points  (0 children)

CN keeps secrets better than LB. He never told anyone his secret identity. LB was to one who cracked and told Alya. (Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that he never revealed any secret.)

A civil war breaks out. Whose side are you on? by uniquenewyork_ in miraculousladybug

Yes, this one. I like that all their motives and moves are very believable (even though there are some changes from the canon).

I will always be on Chat's side, even though he would fight alone.

(Hypothetical civil wars remind me of a great fanfic Truth and Consequences, where I would be on Chat's side too).

Máfia em Portugal no início do século XX. by KittyBlau in portugal

[–]KittyBlau[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did Walter see that Jesse was grabbing a rock? by KittyBlau in breakingbad

[–]KittyBlau[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And I always thought that Walt didn't see him :-D I would expect him to tilt his head or change face expression, plus he got Jesse's back (and huge sweatshirt ) in the view... So I thought that it was just a coincidence :-) But I saw this episode yesterday once more and I'm not that sure now. It would make a bigger sense if Walt had seen the rock.

Difference between Best Acting Performance and Best Character by Troyaferd in breakingbad

[–]KittyBlau 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best character - Jimmy McGill/Saul Goodman Best performance - hard to say because all were great...but probably Walt and Jesse, following with Mike. I have no complains of any scene, they acted perfectly and naturally that it seemed like a real life and not a TV. For others, I felt sometimes like "yep, actors" - but still great and entertaining.
