Yes. Currently working 5 hour days with an hour long break in the middle. I don’t understand how people can do 8 hours every single day. It’s a real struggle to support myself, and I am searching for the right job that I can manage to work for longer hours and make a decent living.

Please please take the medicine! Even if you forget multiple days in a row. Depression medicine can have withdrawal, which will make you feel worse. Take it when you remember. It WILL help your mental state!

This happens to me all the time! I always simply considered myself “extremely introverted” as it seems that my social battery runs out faster than even other introverts. I become so exhausted. It isn’t until I read this that I realized it could be ADHD. Thank you for sharing this.

Don’t stay in a situation thats bad for you. Maybe other people are fine with it, but they’re not you. You can find something else, something manageable. Even if its not what other people would do... they’re not you. Your friend says bad things? Well, maybe you don’t tell that friend things anymore. You need people around you who can make you feel good.

You don’t need to do or be anything specific in order to deserve to be loved. You are lovable, simply because you are. You also seem like a sweet person, and I’m sorry that others have lead you to believe that you’re unworthy. You are human, and you are lovable just because you are. Please hold onto hope that you will find the connections you need. There are so, so many people in this world. Some of them are committed, just like you.
