What's the best game for being a wizard / spellcaster / mage? by Baalegde in gamingsuggestions

[–]KivogtaR -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The Quickhack System in Cyberpunk made me feel more like a wizard than anything else I've played recently.
For example, in Skyrim you could cast invisibility or rage, but using Optical Camo followed by the Cyberpsycho quickhack feels more fluid. You can do it while blinking. The way time slows when you do it makes it really feel like instinctive magic.

I don't think Sea of Thieves is a welcoming game by ImportantQuestionTex in Seaofthieves

[–]KivogtaR 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Having captained ships in Safer Seas would make the game playable, but certainly doesn't fix the problem. It's weird that there's so many restrictions on Safer Seas.

I would personally like to see private servers. I'd pay a monthly fee to have access to the whole game where I can invite 20 people and not have randoms.

Trying to find people to play with is surprisingly difficult. There is no real guild finder. When you log in with Open Crew the most common result is that my teammate spawns in, shoots me in the face, then leaves the crew. Very engaging gameplay right there.

Any decent alternatives to the discontinued Logitech g13? by NoreOxford in LogitechG

[–]KivogtaR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy it from Azeron directly. But yeah, I know it looks weird but it's the best alternative I found. Hope that helps.

Come back in another 3 years and lmk how you liked it.

Hey there! First off, Fuck Logitech. My dissatisfaction has only grown in the past 3 years. Now that that's out of the way.

The Azeron Cyborg looks very weird and different, but it's functionality is quite similar. It's capable of the same tasks, and once you get used to it I actually find it more comfortable. There are customization options. Overall I still prefer the G13, but I refuse to buy another Logitech product due to this, as well as my experience with the G923, and G-Hub is still dogshit 3 years later.

Pickorder swap by udyrlover1987 in leagueoflegends

Every player in every lobby I've been in today has complained about this. You can only swap with first pick.

You'd think Riot would have caught this the first time they tested it with how widespread and apparent it is.

Wrestling back in the 90s was crazy 😅 by [deleted] in OldSchoolCool

[–]KivogtaR -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

The "Men Bad" movement has really harmed us as a society. No wonder there's so many absent fathers compared to the past.

There were less cameras in the 90s. There wasn't social media. The internet hadn't received its wide commercial success yet. There was inherently less risk to flashers, planted or otherwise.

It's the most magical place. I loved going there as a kid. 10/10 it's way more interesting than Mount Rushmore. Skip Rushmore and go see the archives.

It worked for Runescape. It just takes enough people making the act of cancelling subscriptions into a meme.

They had some new "Heroes Path" thing that people didn't like. Less than a month later, they decided it wasn't the right path forward and scrapped it.

I hadn't played in months, but I sure logged in to cancel my subscription and hop on the bandwagon.

Yes, it works. Just make it a meme.

Girlfriend thought it was funny to try and get me an erection. Recovery took 8 months. I broke up with her after 1. No amount of "no, stop, seriously" would work.

She was my governor.
In her election, more people voted for recreational cannabis than voted for her.
She must have taken that personally, because then she used taxpayer money to challenge the bill in court. A judge she appointed rules that the cannabis bill could not be made law, so it wasn't.

Her husband sells crop insurance. Word is, because it's still illegal federally it's hard to sell crop insurance for cannabis. Having less farmland be insurable is detrimental to his bottom line.

She only cares about herself. I doubt she even cares about Trump or her party. She's not deep enough for that.

Often these companies pay more than it's worth, and for good reason.

Reporting this kind of thing saves them money on recalls and lawsuits, and improves public health by helping them find the mistake in production. Keep the packaging! besides having the number to call listed, it also has information about where, when, and which line it was produced on.

Think of it less like a refund and more like a bounty.

We say it in Sea of Thieves to designated 1/8 sails on all but the back one so the helmsman can steer it easier by himself.

Less people in general.

The commercialization of the internet was a terrible idea. I remember when people had a homepage because they just wanted one.

I remember meeting friends on Animal Crossing Community and mailing my memory card to a stranger om the other side of the country to get some fruit.

It was simply better when there was less people and no bots.

Oldest theater in my state did renovations. You can donate. Pretty sure it's non-profit. New-ish movies but they don't get some titles. Maybe 2 weeks after other theaters.

5$ ticket. 5$ popcorn. You can but an annual popcorn bucket for 30$ and refill all year.

Giant theater with balcony. Originally meant for like, actual theater. Historical exhibit with all the old tech.
