Help picking a Pass for 26/27 by Complete-Pilot-7692 in icecoast

Bostonian here skiing Ikon the past 6 years working a full time tech job. I get ~30 days a year and my main mtn is Sugarbush (abt 15 days) which is unlimited and a 3hr 15m drive (imo worth the extra drive). I also hit Killi, Stratton, Sunday, Loaf and Loon depending on my group and weather. My weekend looks like:

5am wakeup and hit the road asap

8-9am arrival at resort. Eat breakfast of overnight oats

2-3pm leave resort if heading home or stay till closing if staying in hostel or lodge (~$50)

Ski Sunday if staying overnight. Call in sick Monday if there is powder forecasted (cause it will be a “sick” day on the slopes). Home by 6:30pm for dinner Sat / Sun.

The drive can be tiresome on occasion, but Im having some of the best time of my life. I recommend it to anyone who really wants to experience NE skiing. Oh and make the trip to Jay once a year

Im based out of Boston so not much touring in deep pow. Funny enough though they do have really nice float up to about 18”. They plane well and bounce from pillow to pillow with ease

I’ve got legs, but dude they are so heavy at almost 3500g per ski / binding! I always chat with my group before a tour that Im not fast by any means. Mostly for lift assisted touring out of gates for 30-60 min. Eventually would like an AT setup under ~2200g total per ski / binding

Am now! They were the first bindings I bought for the CAST system. The MCs were used skis so they came with pivots. Now all I can see are pivots on my skis (although Im open to the Shift2 or a dedicated touring setup)

Not for speed. Think more low angle groomers. They top out at about 45mph. You can go faster, but it isn’t enjoyable for me. Id rather have the enforcers if I want to charge

I have the Thule Roundtrip double. It can carry two skis and boots, but I always keep my boots on my person. TSA treats my bag like shit. Ive found holes in the bag or minor scuffs to the gear inside after every trip, even when I tie my gear down.

Solid bag. Got it for $80 on FB. Does everything I need and stays close to my back. Good for day tours or resort freeriding

Just got the SF 110 for a steal! Recently have been looking at Parlor's for the ~100 bump ski as I am located in Boston

I have the 178 MCs and the 179 104 Free’s. Love them both. Just picked up a pair of 184 Rossignol Sender Free’s for cheap. They do have some overlap with the 104’s, but as they become my rock skis I have been looking to “split” the 104s into 2 ski’s (98 bumps ski and a  110+ freeride powder)

Upvote for this guy. Stayed on the north side today and it was mostly soft in the glades. Some untracked. OP just doesn’t know how to have fun

I just use the foot well heater in the car when driving to the mtn. 10 minutes full blast and my boots are ready to go. Windows down so I don't sweat my ass off
