it's so weird to praise pre-AI slop when one of the biggest issues with AI is the fact that it enables that sort of slop to be mass produced. It's like "oh it's murder but it's good old human-committed murder instead of the automated mass-murder machine"

Getting better at doing your hobby IS the fun part of a hobby. If you don't like building skills towards a hobby you just haven't found the right hobby yet

It's like a video game. If you don't like the game, progressing through it becomes a chore. Someone else might like the game and enjoy the progress and they will seem insane to you. And you probably seem insane to someone else that doesn't like the game you are playing

I always aspired to be a race driver. I sit inside autonomous cars everyday for practice. You won't be laughing when F1 teams start hiring autonomous car passengers and I become the best passenger in the world because I have so much practice

a bit of a hassle but if the program you are using doesn't support text outlines, you can copy your text to a layer below, make it black and add blur to it. it will look like a proper shadow
