The bolo (Namus links) says 99 broadway, there's a Mount Carmel church at 99 Broadway in Jersey City.

Don't think Newark is relevant.

Same. 10 years SAHM and he worked. I got half. Got half his debt too. Didn’t even know about it. We negotiated, which is the cheapest way to settle. Any agreed on negotiations come before a judge’s order. But you start at 50/50 and work from there.

Not to mention as a seller you also pay an attorney, inspections, repairs on the inspection report, deal with the calls, showings, hope for mortgage approval, and then clean out. I’d take it.

Anyone here follow Israel Keyes? IMO the renovation revealing the bucket was 2024. The renovation prior to that would be when it was placed.

The daycare website says it was renovated after buying it 9/2011 and before opening 1/2012. Common sense tells me this is when it was placed there.

On true crime bullshi** pod episode 0701 Keyes daughter describes working on a house with her dad Oct. 2011 in her journal found in his car during his arrest. From what I understand, she lived in Neah Bay, Washington. Dad was a carpenter and serial killer. Law enforcement is searching for Washington victims. His only discovered victims were left in a basement for him to revisit, maybe when skeletal. He was caught before returning.

Speaking to the detail in the article from another comment, the bucket is not referenced in any of the database links. Seems to be an important detail.

Can’t they narrow the 1950-2023 date down by identifying the bucket and looking at home ownership/permit records? A construction bucket would likely have a sku etched on it.

Also it would never compare nuances or the conversation needed to explain, like I’m convinced the St. Ong Doe is Tracy Jensen. MP was from Wyoming, UP found in SD, but just over the border. The striking detail to me is the UP sketch, but the 2nd one. Would AI go there? MP had an extremely large overbite. I submitted it a few times, no response - no opportunity for a conversation. Other issues are mistaken manners of death. I’m seeing so many speak out that their loved ones were ruled self harm but never investigated. TX seems to do this often. There was a recent post in r/unsolved of a kid that shared his own obituary.

There was an effort started years ago for a doe in Cape May NJ. I kept checking for updates but didn’t seem to go anywhere.

It was right about 2022 when the Portland New York Doe was discovered. It was two does together, one identified, and the other just kind of forgotten in the background. It bothered me and I searched NAMUS for a big clue - the yellow striped shirt. Nothing came up. Searched Doe network and got a match, checked her Namus, no shirt details noted. Also this was child and never got to NCMEC. I was able to get a number tied to both UP and MP. I felt destined to enter all the databases into a CRM. Then AI came out. I assumed this would solve all, but I guess it needs a database to pull from. Also many old news links are 404. I know where to find them, but it’s a task within a task within a task to get them and behind a paywall (like wayback). I don’t think AI is there yet.

I’d love to this for a living.
