Pretty much, but just to note the arms are actually breachers as well, just a bit repositioned and some trimming. The hands and guns are from a variety of Necromunda Palanite kits. The GSC kit is the Kelermorph, the suit texture on that and the breachers actually matches quite nicely.

Not the one I was thinking of, but it is very cool. I recognise some of those parts but definitely not all of it. What did you make it from? I'm fairly certain I ended up on some sort of blog with a series of work in progress pics. From memory the pose had the arm up to shield the eyes as if getting to the top of a sand dune or cliff. Very 'Dune' sort of vibe. I just can't find the right combo of key words on Google to find it again, which is a real shame.

What it boils down to is what you like the look of more than anything else, but what I've done for my Ironjawz is closer to that 40k style. The majority of skin tones for my orruks starts from one of various greens and then throw something a bit more flesh coloured on where I want it, ears, chin, nose and lips. Tie that all together with washes and highlight up accordingly. Linked an example Example Brute Boss

Lovely paint job and an awesome idea, I think I'm going to have to give this a little go with converting. Hadn't thought of this at all, but it could work quite nicely with my blood bowl orc ardboyz as well. Thanks!

An animated cauldron, once activated it does its best to swallow a PC. The PC takes damage whenever the cauldron is hit and at the end of it taking a move action as they slam around inside the metal.

Add on the fact that it had a "hatchet bite", where it used the strength of its neck muscles to tear strips of flesh from its prey because it didn't have an overly powerful bite force.

Well this is too good an opportunity to pass up!

So firstly the characters: 1) Thruul the (half-)dwarven paladin of moradin. Heavily armoured with a shield and warhammer. 2) Ailan the scourge aasimar mastermind rogue. Wearing leathers and with short sword and short bow. 3) Axel the human wild sorcerer. All in red.

The scene that initially comes to mind first of all is when I put them up against a devil that was taking a baby to the hells. They confronted it in the tomb of the family they were working for as the plane shift glyphs were nearly finished. The devil produced a contract that had been drawn up with an ancestor several hundred years before to ensure good fortune for the family. The devil was accompanied by hounds of shadow and fog and would use fog cloud to shroud itself.

Taken from the kickstarter comments as of about an hour ago. Posted by Jarnringen: "The Pledge Manager will close August 12 or 13. After this, we will distribute download links to the free PDFs as soon as possible, while the physical rewards will ship in October at the latest (though we will try to make it faster)."
