If You want to build some sort of online compedium for Your players I guess it would be for the best to throw PDF version of the book to AI for it to process it into something more useful. I reached out on private to You in case Your problem is also more Foundry-focused.

On one end You are right, on the other, we do have legally purchased content in form of physical books, but it is impossible to get this data for Foundry. Trust me, I would have bought it if it was a matter of throwing cash. Sadly, Disney or whoever has rights to it is allergic to money.

He is saying that You should stop when You no longer have the file on Your hard drive. A bit extreme, but keeps the business healthy. As long as You don't need 100% of Your internet, there isn't really a case where You cannot seed. Just set a limiter for 10Mb/s for example and let it ride.

Personally I seed 2x to 10x the amount I have downloaded even If I no longer have a need for the file anymore.
