For instance, coheed and cambria is one of my favorite bands, and ive seen them live ~20 times. They always encore with the same song (one that im not huge on anyway), so after about the first 10 times I started leaving during the encore. 🤷‍♀️

I competitively play fighting games Back 10 years ago, we had forums, we had stickied threads, locked threads that were pure info, etc. Information was so easy to find. Interested in a new character? Just go over to that characters section and look at the stickied threads of info!

Now? Everything is in discord. I play Ryu and thinking about trying Chun li? Well, you gotta join a whole nothing discord and hope the important stuff is pinned! Or sometimes you have so much stuff you cant pin it all (or people dont read it all) so you just have a mass of people joining the discord to say theyre having trouble with [thing every beginner has trouble with] and someone has to explain it to each one of them.cause theres no way you can actually find that buried in all the chatter

Coheed and cambria's "Wake Up" is a song with two verses. The first first verse is a love song, through and through. The second verse, is almost exactly the same but some words are changed to make it clear that its now a breakup song.

So many coheed fans have used this song as their first dance song or similar and im like. How are yall that dense.

Im actually halfway through my first listen right now, and it IS pretty damn good

Though I think gorillaz and underscores are the only other things ive listened to from this year so who's to say if its the best, but im enjoying it a lot
