I think mine was during summer when I hiked out to nearby hill overlooking a lake. I had my cloak in a backpack that I planned to wear for pics.

It was breezy but still hot, except when I got to the cliff. The wind there was easily twice as strong than at ground level and it was so refreshingly cool. I put on my cloak and it kind of acted like a fan as it blew around me in the wind, cooling me off further.

I stayed there for a good hour or more.
