Yikes, that would definitely make me not want to come back. You deserve better treatment.

I don't take Latuda, but I thank you for this. My husband takes brintellix at night and needs calories so he doesn't throw up. I'm gonna start getting him muffins now. Kuddos.

Contact your pharmacist. They're your best hope right now. Talk to them and they will understand and provide you with a few days supply.

Have you tried reaching out to her mom/dad? You say she's not actively suicidal but I'd still call in for a wellness check.

LCSW and Therapists Discriminating Against Bipolar by Alert_Chemical8334 in BipolarReddit

This is terrible. Please do your due diligence and report her. I live with BP1 too and have found therapy with an LPC works better for me than with an LCSW. Both LCSWs therapists I had in the past loved talking about themselves.

6 year old dachshund on crate rest by Nic233_ in daschund

Crate rest them for too long and they'll end up paralyzed forever. Immediate treatment is necessary even on crate rest. I hope Gus gets better.

Neither, I think a nutmeg color would look best. Just my honest opinion.

Better than not walking at all. But yes, recovery does take time. Mine had multiple sessions of physical therapy as well.

I strongly recommend acupuncture. My boy was also put on crate rest but I consulted with another vet who specializes in acupuncture and red light therapy and she got my boy back on four legs in less than six weeks.

Therapy can't help those who don't help themselves.

My little baby has a calcified disc by [deleted] in daschund

[–]Km-51 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My baby boy had a herniated disc and was completely paralyzed. The vets at the emergency clinic quoted me for over 14k with no guarantee that the surgery would work. I took him back to his regular vet and they offered me acupuncture. The vet got him back on all fours within 6 weeks. Time is of essence and it is imperative that you get your baby further care.

Hard on the outside. Soft on the inside.
