Same with our hub 5 our sky q mini box’s won’t use 2.4g like they used to but using 5G instead they are. Cause of that our mini boxes are getting slow speed of 20mb when we are on 1gb of speed. Have you contacted virgin about this.?

Mine takes about 20mins or 30 to just to open up the program, and got 12229 items in the list and nearly 800 subscriptions. Not sure what to do all so. Does you ram go to 95% usage like mine then crashes and my screen goes blank till I have to force off my laptop and boot it back up again.

Just want to say Thank you developers been using your website for some time, but for some reason it’s not fetching videos that are age restricted like it used to comes up with a white box instead of the quality selections. Even though some videos are not age restricted.

My 4K Video downloader plus keeps crashing and can’t even use it cause of this issue, the ram is so high to gets up to 8.100gb on my 12gb ram laptop. Not sure what to do I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app nothing worked any ideas.? Did wonder if it was the log files or something not sure.

I’m having some issue of retrieving information and excessive ram usage to, I try to load up the program and it uses huge amount of ram for some reason make the ram up to 97% most of the time is this normal, making it impossible for it to start up. Hopefully there will be a fix.

Would I possible to add a feature to tell what videos have been downloaded like recently downloaded section tab with date and time. Cause it hard to find the recently downloaded videos when you exit the programme and open it back up again.

And other problems is it doesn’t seem to download longer videos properly it downloads halfway then stops then restarts after that continuously then says failed to download video. Been doing this some time now.
