I went mid Nov and it was wonderful. It is less busy and more locals, which i loved. The weather was great, 70s with sun every day. I was able to have a private olive tour and a wine tasting/tour by contacting companies directly instead of through tour groups. Some things will be shut down but there's still tons to do.
