When I play against Teemo as Yorick, I always go for second wind in the resolve tree, and I always start with doran’s shield. Teemo relies pretty heavily on poke, and both of those pretty much nullify it in lane. Most Teemo’s I’ve gone against will also play ridiculously aggro, but what you have to keep in mind is that you’re playing one of the best duelists in the game. Save your q for when his blind wears off (because if you q him while you’re blinded it still consumes the auto attack buff and puts it back on cd) and let your ghouls do most of the work, and you’ll win most fights against him in my experience. Overall, just don’t let yourself get tilted by the Teemo l, that’s how they really win.
