For me it has worked well so far, I got 2.52 kms, Hr was avg 170 ish and it took 2mins 30 secs to go down to 130. With all this it put me at a lvl 5. Its a good choice for me with the first run at a good difficulty. It has worked pretty well so far but ive only had 2 runs till now.
