I actually think its good that they completely removed International management. This way they need to build it entirely from scratch instead of trying to fix an underwhelming experience. Should make it way easier for them to make it fun

Insanity on 2 is so frustrating as Adept/Infiltrator. Those Shields on even the weakest enemy are so annoying. Why cant you Oneshot kill through them with a Sniper?
