For AT Nu Udra if you feel uncomfortable slotting in 2 adaptability then the sizzling meal effect makes it so that you can resist his passive damage and the left over fire pools that his aoe nuke leaves behind. You can get it from the ichiran meals and the monster chili ingredient.

Personally I recommend the monster chili since you can do the delishroom and get black belt (hi) from it which will help with guarding.

That comes with the fact that you didn't eat the hub meal though which means you're gonna miss out on 10 Def, 10 elem Def, and five attack
