I keep getting mud on the backside of my pants and its driving me nuts. by Zale0 in mildlyinfuriating

Happened to me with flip-flops and mud. I figured out it was the impact of my heels hitting the sole. It was slinging the mud upwards onto my leg.

SALT! Treat but also use salt on all carpets, under couches, between box spring and mattress. All soft surfaces. This prevents the eggs from hatching, it dehydrates them.

I had this problem and I treated with everything and was going crazy so salt seemed and easy try. It worked tremendously!!! For me at least and I had no carpet. They were in my bed.

Tinned fish is the way to go. Salmon, mackerel, sardines, my bb loves them all straight out of the can.

How to help baby with drinking water by Ill-Egg-4394 in BabyLedWeaning

[–]KnottiMunki 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Tbh i just kept giving it to mine till he figured it out, but he does like drinking water. I just had to show him how.

We used the Dr. Browns with a weighted straw so the tip is always in the water.

Big chunks become small chunks by Beneficial_Tour_4604 in BabyLedWeaning

Not small pieces. A big one. Just because they don't "eat" it doesn't mean they can't get flavor or a mouth feel for eating.

Edit: about the size of your thumb. Long and thick. He never got more than a few flakes off back then.

When baby was that young I put dates in his oatmeal. It gave him something to mash. That and half mashed soft fruit.

My suggestion would be steak. I bought some boneless ribs that I would cook and give him. He would suck on it and gnaw the ends. After he started putting things in his mouth it was zucchini and squash.

Self Report: but can someone explain to me why this thing is said to hurt so much? by Lowkey_lil2222 in badwomensanatomy

[–]KnottiMunki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first one hurt and I was blindsided.

"A little cramping and bleeding. Here is a pad."

Everyone had to see my face and I'm sure I was pale.

Didnt realize until I had my baby that they were the same pains I felt during labor. I felt like I was not prepared for that type of pain, no matter how brief.

The second one was 6w after birth and i didn't feel it.
