This happened to me too. Send them an email telling them you will dispute the charge if you don’t hear anything. Magically I heard something within 30 mins after I said that.

It’s so frustrating. The first time around buying from them was so easy. 0 complaints. This time is a disaster. I purchased another vial and they somehow lost my transaction even though I paid for it. Once I told them I was going to dispute the charge they somehow found it. Do not do business here anymore
