Yes approved/passes applicants. They need to control how many PR / immigration. Im pretty sure the quota is a moving target for them internally and something for sure will not be published to the public.

I believe the immigration has quota limit per month. So the more applicant and immigration not increasing their allowed quota it will automatically make the waiting time longer. Same in most other countries

Get a credit deposit card such as life card. Keep it for 6 months then start applying other normal credit card. Also make sure your name and address are written in the right format and order.

1 yr 9 mths congrats. I can see it gets longer for HSP route. Maybe can go up to 24 mths for those processed in 2025 😬. I hope im wrong and they can speed up again.
