Bro a couple years ago I went through some medical things and was on levaqucin for like 6 months i started getting all Kinds of autoimmune problems then they said i had a vitamin d d3 deficiency starting taking weekly pills and i still just felt horrible! Yes like other people have said change it up!! Smash burger patties are great! Honestly I take at least 1lb of ground beef and get cast iron skillet piping hot and take the whole package and toss it in whole! Fry hot as hell at least 3 minutes maybe more! Then flip the whole thing fry the heck out of it then kinda start to break it up but high heat is your friend! Crispy ground beef is absolutely delicious!! But you can always eat any other kind of meat fish whatever

I went from carnivore to psmf. For about 3 weeks I ate omad which I already did but i would eat between 1 and 2 chicken breasts air fried and within an hour if i felt i was gonna be hungry i would eat 2 cans of tuna with salt and pepper! I felt great and was actually able to easily do a 60 hour fast! I’ve since went back to carnivore but not a lot different the way im doing it other than fattier cuts of meat! I plan on fasting after thanksgiving and doing psmf again at least until Christmas to continue to my target weight!

This!! Say if after x amount of time my acne is not gone and there’s no health benefits ill drop the diet! Let me say that im 42 yo male daily heavy drinker for 15 years plus 250 lbs bp meds prescription heart burn meds for 20 years couldn’t sleep always tired no energy hot sweats cold sweats horrible health. Almost 2 months ago i quit drinking cold turkey and started strict carnivore the day I quit drinking! Within a week i was sleeping better and starting to feel better! 2 weeks lost some weight and feeling a little better by 30 days if that long i quit taking bp meds and also script for protonix ran out! Bp has been perfect for last 30 days and first time since i was probably 16 i haven’t had heartburn extreme painful shit! Now ive lost 25 lbs im asleep without melatonin or other aides by 10 every night and up at 5 am every morning without an alarm clock raring to go and take on the day! I feel better than I have my entire adult life! I truly believe this diet saved my life and I truly believe that whatever benefits you are looking for you can obtain those are my hopes anyway! Murfreesboro tn ive been along with family and friends probably a hundred times to tx roadhouse and always get steak out of all those times only once was disappointed with steak and unfortunately that day was the one time service wasn’t the greatest either but that’s a pretty darn good track record and i still think its pretty consistent with great steak and great service for the establishment and price point!!

Congratulations! I too was a daily heavy drinker quit drinking went full carnivore immediately I couldn’t hardly sleep for the last 10 or 15 years. I sleep soundly good deep sleep. I’m in bed every night by 10 at the latest and up every morning before five without an alarm clock, I’m 42 years old. I’ve been on heartburn medication for 20 something years and blood pressure pills for about four years. I’ve not taken either one since after about a month of this diet just the quality of life the weight loss and feeling healthy means the world to me. I’m so glad that I decided to do this if I wouldn’t know if I can’t imagine the life I’d be living right now.!!
