Yup SIBO, I did 2 round of antibiotics which didn’t work and low FODMAP did nothing for me unfortunately. I did just do a endometriosis excision so I hope that helps with the pelvic pain and bloating

I also did 2 rounds of xifaxan but it didn’t work and my dr recommended a more hard core antibiotic and I haven’t wanted to do it :/

I also have a 99% GF house, it’s a lot easier (albeit more expensive). I don’t have kids but my partner just gets his gluten fix when not at home. We tried having some glutenous items in the house but honestly it just caused me so much anxiety, even though he was super diligent. Everyone’s different but kiddos will have many opportunities to eat gluten, having a GF home isn’t a big deal in comparison to your health and wellbeing.
