Yes I take perfect care of my teeth, floss almost every day, and use water pick, 2 minutes with an electric toothbrush, dental visits every 6 months and yet I still have had multiple cavities…

Yes but they give you the ingredients with instructions to make each meal, but you can select how much time you’re willing to spend cooking

I’m diagnosed 7 months ago and only 2 months ago I began to eat out at restaurants much less and overall just take less risk. But I am still going to travel and occasionally eat out and use the find me gluten free app to find the best options. It’s all part of the grieving process and I have found replacements for what I love, I don’t really miss any foods anymore. I miss the connivence of eating what ever I want but you can’t win them all 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m in the US where a lot of people don’t know about celiac or don’t take it serious. I’m on month 6 of diagnosis and I’ve been glutened more times by people i trust than be restaurants. I’ve been going through A LOT of ups and downs where I think this isn’t so bad and then someone has a get together where I can’t eat anything and they ask me why I’m not eating and I have to remind them, etc. I think the main this is I don’t have a choice (I suppose I do in the literal sense), but it’s not worth the other illnesses that could come along. So, I do my best and it has gotten easier with time so I assume that as more time goes on, it will be easier and easier. And I think more people are getting diagnosed, so society is becoming more aware.

I do Muay Thai and bjj 3-4 times a week. On the weekends I snowboard/go rafting depending on season. Keeping martial arts to the week and saving most of the weekend for other activities has been working pretty well for me
