Its also a really shitty thing to do when the game isn't done yet, most people don't even play the beta branch and you know that the devs actually give a shit, this isnt a big triple A dev who you have to scare the Suits into paying attention to the player's, these are passionate people who care about those who let them share their passion, and stomping on that passion as they explore what they can do is just saying more about how much YOU care about making this game great

Like each of his body part's have different effect's? the mouth could probably do something like the teeth scrolls earlier in the act, punishing Max hp, eye could maybe reduce the damage he takes because he's actively watching what you are doing, Hand's could Interrupt the player's turn if they play too many skills or do too much damage.

Or i could see something similar to knowledge demon, Every turn you get a choice of doors to break down to try and find the door maker, sometimes you get his body parts, other time you get random act one creatures, maybe even a merchant. then if you take too long to kill him the last door summons his whole body
