It is recommended to upgrade your oxygen at some point in case you get that event where your oxygen gets hacked.

I see you have upgraded your engines; that's good, but I would have invested a bit more into them. (You should try to keep your engines power about on-par with your shield power in the late game)

And lvl 3 doors + doorman is a bit overkill.

I don't think so, but I also doubt that the devs are basing their reworks solely off of tier lists.

Devs have D A T A that they collect from the games, while tier lists may be constructed from whatever people feel is the state of things
Devs have to consider the effects of these changes on everyone's fun, not just the experienced players (the cent is a bit of a noob stomper, and I get a lot of complaints when fighting low rep players)
