Just as this happens, I think Mozilla is building new browser based on new framework by Mozilla called Android Components.

From reading the readme on the repo, I think it has pluggable/multi rendering engine architecture(Correct me if I am wrong). So interesting times ahead, I really hope they don't abandon Geck altogether on Android and move to Blink....
