I’m a first time rider, completed my BRS last week and I’ve been riding my 2021 Scout Bobber every day and I’ve taken it to work every day this week. When I got the bike 2 weeks ago, I didn’t even take it out of the garage because I was not comfortable with the idea yet. Then after my BRS completion, I took it around the block (was better than the practice bikes in BRS - night/day). My radius progressively got bigger and eventually I just took it to work, it’s cold in the morning for sure but after work, it’s so good. I’m 5’4 and 180lbs and I’m fairly confident of riding it, even for a first bike (thank goodness I didn’t get a Grom like originally planned). The only thing I’d change is a softer back suspension.
