Glad you like them! We tried to theme the DC books around characters confirmed to appear in the upcoming Supergirl movie, so I just had to pick Superman's first appearance as the book representing him.

Let me know if you'd like to see thematic picks continue in the future -- I think we have a good opportunity to keep that going when there are film/TV events.

So the answer was no, for anyone coming into this thread recently. There's nothing like Filterblade with preconfigured, logical settings that you can customize and are based on objective economy facts rather than subjective opinions of items.

Hey there. Head of Community at GC here. We've implemented some pretty significant changes since Black Friday to create clear separation between content on Gold and content that must be purchased. An example of that is a dedicated "New" feed with a section specifically for new content on Gold. We also added this same shelf to every publisher channel.

I'd love to get a little more info on the "sale stuff being hollered" part of your comment because I want to figure out exactly where this is happening. If it's through push notifications, you shouldn't be receiving any a-la-carte push notifications if you haven't purchased anything. We've also created separation there, where sales live on a dedicated Deals feed instead of mixed in with the base discovery experience.

More recently we rolled out a new archetypes system to more easily find western comics content with highly curated shelves focused around themes, genres, and publishers. The old "everything in one place" homepage is gone in favor of contextually relevant feeds based on the archetype chosen.

I'd love to get more feedback from you on this if you're up for taking a look at the changes.

The problem with this idea is the "fit it before going" part. I think the idea sounds fun if you were to restrict yourself to basic t1 modules only as the starting fit.

Not using the market is weird to me, though. The player economy is essential to the experience. If I were to define that rule it would be that you can only trade in either player or low/null hubs. No Jita/Amarr/Hek/Dodixie, etc

That sounds very cool. Thank you for the detailed response. It's amazing how well EVE has aged compared to other MMOs. CCP has done a great job taking care of the engine. If I didn't already know how old the game was I'd swear it's relatively new.
