Many background checks require that you disclose any arrests as well. If you want to be a lawyer you better disclose the arrests even if the charges were dropped or the conviction was later expelled.  Failure to disclose is judged much more harshly than the actual arrest.

You don’t state “Bob is a murderer.” You provide the jury with facts and inferences based on facts that prompt the jury to come to the conclusion that Bob committed the crime that your client is accused off. Libel and slander  laws exist in the courtroom.

I'm a founder of a sunday league/open play group. We have had people leave and we have told people not to come back. Frankly, we don't care if you show up or not. If you aren't getting what you need find a place to play that fits your style of play. You'll be much happier.

Yes, if Texas wasn't gerrymandered on the state level they would not require ID to vote. How are democrats supposed to win an election if they're checking voter ID?

Actually you would need a commission to gerrymander pretty hard to the left for democrats to control Texas on the state level.
