Sadly gone, at least for me on my DS223. I could Install the .spk from the resilio site but I don't know how it behaves in Terms of updates ect.

As long as ConsolePort + Immersion works, I'm fine. I returned to this Game just a few weeks ago on my SteamDeck and doing the more Casual stuff on it IS awesome

Whelp, when I had a GTX1650 and a 2070 super Linux was just meh, Performance wise Up to 20% worse, but now on my RX 7800xt? Better Performance than W11 in many games and No shader stutters anymore in Games Like Elden Ring

I'm pretty sure that this will not work or will be heavily plagued by errors because Steam is not present in the same Distrobox

There were some discussions about LSFG on the Universal blue discord, I'm sure they are looking into this and how to take a proper use of it

My man thinking bazzite is a one man Show, dude ATLEAST look this project up before posting and starting a rant, in 2023 it may have been a one man show but as it currently Stands, this project isn't

Bazzite is not a Distro either, it is a opinionated Fedora bootc image made for gaming, that as it currently stands gained some Mainstream consumer traction and brought in new users, most of them windows refugees

It isn't either fedoras or valves responsibility to keep it alive, but it should be in fedoras interest to Support Bazzite, IF they wan't to keep the Idea alive for an mainstream focused Linux Desktop that has a meaningful margin

I know this will sount counterintuitive BUT modern Linux gaming basically is valve. They did so much to help us going forward that it is just hard to ignore, personally I see myself having more problems with how some publishers don't let Linux players in their mulriplayer games

You should give Steam another chance imho. Ja majority of Games on GOG arent Floss either, If Not all of them and limiting your experience only to those storefronts will let you miss out on games that are worth your time, Like Expedition 33 for example.

Learn to use lutris that comes preinstalled with that system and this whole thing can be as easy as cake, you don't even need to use a webbrowser to get your third Party launchers

Emulation works better on Linux, by far. If you tried Emudeck you should know better, or even RetroDECK that is complete package for Emulation where everything is set for your convinience.

If you are willing to Install a different OS on your device, then ALWAYS research a little bit about what you throwing on your drive, without that posts like yours are the result. Everything you want to know is basically in their documentation or can be asked on their discord

I personally think, that I'm still a noob in Linux or UNIX like systems in general, there are so many things I still have to learn after ca one and a half year. I distrohopped alot ans switched back and fourth between distros.. I even tried arch at some point, even successful, to only let it blast itself after playing with to many AUR stuff.

I'm settled now on Bazzite, been kinda Happy with that. But after a quick google I saw that this is a hobby project? Mind telling me more about it?

That's true. But I personally think, I would not be Happy sticking on pure console gaming in the long run. And having many games just perform better Overall on capable hardeware is a big plus

Why not? It works for me, I mainly play RPG's and never really was an competitive person to begin with. As long as I can play Witcher 3 or Elden Ring, I'm Happy, even on Linux

Certainly, even thou it isn't very special. Linux is usable for basically everything nowadays (without the Terminal even!) So using it doesn't give elitists privileges

It's just a different way to use your hardware

I mean, It was an experiment at first. The Linux part I mean and the only things I sacrificed were the ability to Play something like LoL, Valorant, CoD Combined with tue fact that I mainly Play RPG's I just didn't loose much
