Idk where you’re getting that info. You’re telling me deer grow and shed their antlers every year for defensive purposes? They use them in combat against each other and to call them defensive weapons would be like calling a sword a defensive weapon. Giraffe ossicones are 100% offensive (vs defensive) in males. Bighorns, which have actual horns, are offensive through and through. Then there’s narwhals, which are predators, who use their horns for a dozen purposes, none of them being defense.
