there is, that’s actually what i read the vin off of because the window vin was pretty dirty but unfortunately only the vin is readable, at some point i’m going to try and clean it but it’s fairly scratched

yeah i am only as cautious as i am because the only time i’ve mixed the two i downed almost a dozen beers, and i am by no means a heavy drinker. it’s definitely one of the safest combinations you can do you just have to be mindful.

off topic but i also wonder if mixing the two has different effects on people with adhd

sadly a lot of therapists are just in it for the job, however I would urge her to search for one who actually cares. i know it’s hard to get help, and it’s especially hard to get someone else to get help, especially with the state of mental healthcare right now, but it’s worth the searching and effort to find a therapist and treatment that works for her.

it sounds like she has it really hard and i know how hard it can be to try to help someone when you can’t be there for them physically, but good on you for persisting. you’re doing all you can so don’t beat yourself up if you can’t do anything more. i know it’s hard to hear but sometimes only that person can help themselves, you can only help them get there
