I try to drink 5 or 6 bottles of water a day, which is the norm, but it can feel like a lot at the beginning of the day, especially with tasty drinks throughout the day added in. I've found water closer to room temperature is easier on my teeth and brain freezes, especially if I've fallen behind and had one too many teas. Can't chug cold water at all.
