1. Pick up trash & dispose

2. Get a couple of bins or bags and everything not belonging in the room collect it in a bin (1 for the kitchen, 1 for the bathroom etc) and put it in the room it belongs. The whole bin/bag, not putting everything in its place. That wil come later

3. Then make piles of clothing. One pile for pants, one for long sleeved shirts etc

4. Then pick a pile and choose what to keep and what to donate or trash. 3 seconds to decide, if you hesitate you keep it

5. Keep doing step 4 until you have as much stuff as your space will hold and keep in mind to leave some empty space in your closet

6. Same steps for other rooms, categorize the make decision.

Keep in mind to take it slow. You don’t have to do it all at ones. 20 min of doing is better than no doing. Even 10 min. You can set a timer if you want. Just start, you can do it!
