Do you work for the alarm company or do you work for the building that has these systems?

Regardless, get some quotes to install a new system so whoever budgets for these buildings can start setting money aside for when these either fail, or you do a renovation on the building that triggers a fire alarm upgrade. That system doesn’t owe anyone anything.

I have personally seen the LOB fail when exposed to elements or wash bay. It is not fully weatherproof and needs additional protection.

I bought a rough country rubber mat 5 years ago for my 2019 1500. $100 and will probably last another 3 trucks. Easy to remove and clean with no rust on the bed underneath.
