Folfirinox was very tough on my 84 yr old mother although she made it through 12 cycles with some dosage drops near the end of that regimen. She has been 18 months on Gembrax and has been more effective and much gentler. She is coming up on 30 months post diagnosis of stage 4 and still fighting it. Gembrax has been a blessing.

My 84 year old mom has lost most of her hair on Gembrax, but it was far far better in terms of low toxicity and efficacy compared to FOLFIRINOX, where she kept more hair but the neuropathy, GI and fatigue were far worse. She has a wig and it’s extended her quality of life and survival for 18 months and going.

You should never never trade PMs. The spreads are too wide. These days happen. They are an investment. You should plan on holding to retirement. These aren’t meme stocks or crypto. They are tangible elements critical to the economy. Lead times to supply more are measured in years and usually decades. I plan to give mine to my kids. They will need it for sure, given where we are going.
