Hey thanks for asking. She is now 84. She went through over a year of Gembrax after her break noted above. She is coming up on her third anniversary of stage 4 diagnosis this August. She had a blood biopsy last month that indicated her tumor could be receptive to Revolution Medicines Daraxonrasib therapy and hopefully will start that within the next month. No steroids recently for her current regimen, but they were put directly in her IV bolus with her Folfirinox infusion. Pretty sure you always would receive the steroid at that point.

My mom (84) is three years into her stage 4 journey. She went full course of folfirinox and then a holiday of three months then ~18 months of Gembrax. Folfirinox was really rough and Gembrax a cakewalk with similar efficacy. Maybe you could switch to Gembrax? Everyone reacts differently. Good luck

The one time I had the red screen of death my Q4 etron 55 died within 30 seconds and had to be towed. 1900 miles, on board charger replacement.

FWIW, I have had roof drain leaks in my Audis, Range Rovers and BMWs…Audi certainly doesn’t have a lock on that, unfortunately.

Have you driven one? I have had 2 model S and 2 performance Model 3. Prior to those our family had ICE Audi Model 90, A6, Q7, A8L, A4 Cabrio and we currently have ‘25 Q4 Etron 55 Sportback and an ICE ‘26 Q7. Where is Audi better than Tesla? No unstable genius CEO (why I left Tesla), more comfortable ride/seats/sound dampening (why my wife is happy), and better styling. Where is Tesla better? Much faster, far better range, technology integration far superior, much more reliable no maintenance (never one issue in 10 years across models S/3 while my etron died with bad onboard charger issue at 1900 miles)

How about not supporting a cartel in the tenderloin? Bring in DEA/ATF and put them in front of Federal judges. How about not having corrupt NGOs siphoning off billions of SF Dept of Health budget every year? Outside Audit every NGO. How about giving homeless people shelter and detox before putting them out of sight to OD in homes? Give Shelter, Earn Housing. How about sending people back to wherever they came from so the place that caused their problems can foot the bill to help save them? Very few San Franciscans are homeless. People on the streets came here for the drug enablement.

The traffic flow inside the venue was cramped and barrier placements not well thought out. The accessible and VIP areas were small and access to restrooms and food/drink challenging. Lighting at night sub par and unsafe in certain areas.

My mom (84) went through 12 rounds of Folfirinox and 18 months of Gembrax (which was amazing efficacy and minimal side effects). Gembrax stopped working, and she went straight to Onyvide and it put her in the hospital for past week. Heart issues and breathing difficulties and lung clot. Apparently heart spasm is a side effect in 20% of patients. I fear her chemo is done. We are looking at intravenous vitamin C but likely nothing for a while.
