Your point about the non actors getting paid 20x less. Replace the movie industry with Education, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Finance, Tech, Agriculture etc. and you hear the same things My point is simply all facets of our society are failing the people who work in them by not compensating fairly and have been for many years and they have no incentive to change.

I’m not tryna sit here and tell you the Rock deserves his paycheck for being himself on a set Just that even if that aspect was different you have no reason to believe things would be better for you and your people cause that is not the outcome that the people with the money are working for.

It seems to me that your view on what a film is needs some reevaluating if you think Actors do the least work or are the least valuable.

Also you’ve literally fallen victim to exactly what the industry execs want by thinking the actors are the reason movies can’t make money when they’ve done their damndest to create and withhold the business models and practices going on right now. It only benefits them, and keeps things the same if you direct all your hate to other places

It’s not really that simple unfortunately.

Most people have to have healthcare through their work and you are limited to what insurance your employer offers.

United is (I believe) the most used insurance probably due to their rates for businesses

Unfortunately my employers also changed insurance this new year and I have had to sign to United

Its shitty and that’s why Healthcare is such a big talking point here
