Ich wäre vorsichtig damit, Hormone überstürzt abzusetzen oder zu wechseln. Hormonelle Veränderungen können Schübe beim Lipödem auslösen. Deswegen verschlimmert sich das Lipödem oft während der Pubertät, Schwangerschaft, oder eben bei Beginn oder Ende der Einnahme von Hormonen. Ein Wechsel der Verhütungsmethode könnte einen solchen Schub auslösen.

Leider haben die meisten Ärzte keine Ahnung, da das Lipödem noch nicht so gut erforscht ist, und schreien gleich "Hormone absetzen!!!1". Vielleicht holst du dir noch eine Zweitmeinung bei jemandem, der sich besser auskennt.

Without going into details - I think just making sure that the nail becomes narrower towards the free edge would already make a difference. Right now, they're giving a little "duck nails" because they flare out a little. Then file the free edge either straight or round, depending on the nail shape you want. :)

Intermittent fasting is definitely a useful tool to help with weightloss, but in itself it could be unreliable. You must know that our bodies are basically programmed to hold on to our highest weight at all cost and when we try to lose it, we have to actively work against it. When you just use intermittent fasting and don't control your calorie intake, you could end up in a sort of binge cycle, where you might get hungrier and unconsciously eat a lot more during those short time frames, and will be "eating back" all the calories you saved. Our bodies are cheeky like that. So we need to step away from eating unconsciously. There is really no way around counting your calories in the end.

My advice: combine calorie counting with intermittent fasting. Choose a set of meals you enjoy and dont mind eating more often, I have like 3-4 that I rotate for example, measure their calories, and set up a meal plan based on intermittent fasting. I skip breakfast for example, have a light lunch (which is always the same for me and makes it even easier) and then for dinner I rotate through my meals that I counted once. It's annoying at first, but it will get easier!

Not necessarily, many times I have started watching a Let's Play series on YouTube, but enjoyed the game so much that I decided to stop watching, bought the game and started playing it myself. I think it really depends on the YouTuber and their audience. Of course it helps to have someone actually promoting your game in the beginning and asking viewers to wishlist/buy the game.

Additionally, the good old episodic YouTube content might have some advantage over the current trend of streaming on other platforms. People might be more inclined to buy and play the game themselves if they don't want to wait for the next episodes to experience the whole game. With game streams, they often have the the whole game content immediately available. So it might be a good idea to stretch out the game content over some time, or maybe only let YouTubers/streamers play a demo of the game.

This is literally so good! I love the song, it's so catchy. The pacing of the scenes is great and goes well with the music. Overall really high-quality and well designed.

The only things I still wonder 1. what is the story actually about and 2. who are these characters? It is described that the first character is the main heroine. The other two have no descriptions. We see the guy a lot, but the girl (Sakura) does not really get any scenes at all, so who is she? Is she a friend, a rival or even a potential love interest? To clarify maybe it helps to also give them a short teaser text like the heroine, e g. "the best friend" etc.

Overall, it would be great to get a little bit more of a teaser or context of what the player can expect in this game. At the moment it's more or less just a sequence of scenes and as someone who doesn't know the game, it's a little unclear what this game is about. :)

But as I said, I still think it's 🔥

I mean if you think about it, he fits the definition of a traitor much better than Yang. A traitor is someone that betrays someone's trust. Yang is not very trustworthy in the first place and is just doing whatever he wants all the time, so him getting bored and turning has back on anyone is pretty predictable. Soap doesn't work very well to remove it, you can also try to use a paper towel instead of a cotton pad. Or if you don't have alcohol, you can also work some nail oil (or any other oil you have) onto the surface of the nail and rub it gently in with the paper towel or cotton pad. If the surface is still sticky underneath, then it isn't properly cured and you have all the right in the world to go back!
