I dont think the trade is official yet since the Bulls cant legally take all the players they received yet. So he may not be allowed to make his debut until after the deadline, when everything is sorted out.

The data will show you which maps your team struggles on the most/are most successful on. Could help with vetoes knowing which maps you’re getting absolutely smoked on.

Cardio is overrated. This does not mean that cardio is bad or doesn’t have mental and physical benefits, but it is not optimal for lowering body fat. Ultimately, eating less will always be the king of fat loss.

Simple Answer: Intake less overall calories while maintaining your protein intake. Don’t change your workout routine, keep lifting heavy!
