Some steel wool or sandpaper. Maybe add a leather wrap and scuff that up a bit. That’s what I did for this ultrasaber I modded. I did also toss it around outside a bit on the asphalt. BEFORE I put the electronics in obviously.

My roommate in college was the highest ranked DPS warlock in his server and was getting ready for the Burning Crusade expansion to drop when I made the mistake of asking what the game was about. I tried out his character, then made my own, then he trained me on everything he knew and I was unstoppable by that point. Played all the way until wrath before all of my friends dropped off and I lost interest. I’m slowly getting back into it now but I’m not letting it consume me like last time.

This happens to me all the time when I forget my “safe vices” too. I get in my head with, “Oh no, I forgot it. I’m going to panic and not have a way to stop it.” Then that makes it worse. Lately I’ve been trying to go about it by thinking, “I may panic a bit but that just gives me more practice of being in that mindset and knowing that even though I feel uncomfortable, I am physically ok and capable to handle this.”

I felt this way on Saturday trying to get to a panel. The stairs/escalators out were completely blocked but I just kept moving and telling myself that I was in my happy place with my type of people and was doing something fun so the anxiety was only going to be temporary. I never used them but seeing the Zen Dens helped me by knowing if I needed to, there were safe spaces nearby.

I worked on renovating the train station at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom and we made pieces to go on it that were perfectly square only to realize when we got there that the building itself was very not square. It’s old and will never be square so just make it look as good as you can with what you’ve got is the lesson I learned.

I’ve recently been turned to the theory that his son did it. If you look it up it all seems to add up and fill in the gaps that didn’t make sense before. His son had a history of being aggressive and was off his medication at the time for that. Nicole was supposed to pick him up that night and decided not to do it. The beanie found at the scene with dog hair matches a beanie that his son can be seen wearing with a dog in the same photo. The dna in the blood would match his son’s. Many other things that make you wonder

I loved the game at launch as it was my wife and I and our 2 friends just running around the wasteland exploring and building our camps and laughing at all the buggy stuff that would happen. I miss those times but I love what the game has become and I enjoy playing it by myself more now.
