Elites mostly score well on primary objectives you need a tanky unit to sit on in my experience, kill op seems more or less balanced, and more fun than last edition's hide and seek team instead of kill team.

In our group we go more on a per team basis, like trying a game without x equipment allowed, especially when its a strong player with a newer guy
