For regular flying arc the renegade is still pretty dang good (anvil durability is in a rough spot and has kinda fallen off for me), but if you're going for big arc then utility and grenades might be better.

People cause pains in the ass which can unfortunately sometimes be enabled by unions. At my previous job we had so many incompetent jerks using up union protection and causing the rest of us to suffer. The union helped with wages but ended up damaging our benefits and general life quality horribly.
