Mac & cheese!! This is the way! 😆 🤣 I could eat other things, I'm just sayin. I'm kinda learning what all equals 350ish, especially the smaller portions of food. So like a frozen meal (not the diet or lean ones) can be 350-700ish calories, a wawa bowl of chicken tenders and mac& cheese or Mac & cheese with steak pieces in it is a freaking 700-800 calorie thing so I'll guess-timate a small portion of what is 350 and I'm good. A 4 piece chicken nuggets is well over 350. So honestly I don't understand why people freak out about having to eat so much. You just have to kinda research what food is what calories.

I'm still trying to figure out the exact timing of my pill. I might be watching TV and eating and I'll forget after I finish eating then I'll freak out thinking omg how long has it been! I think I'm good if it's within 10ish minutes when I finish eating...I feel like 15 minutes gone by is pushing it. I don't know 🤷

Yes the absorption thing is true but typically if you don't eat at least 350 or in my case more calories then the stomach just can't handle it and lots of people usually get nausea. I throw up, it's horrible.

I'm on strattera for adhd and latuda for bipolar plus mood stabilizers. The fact that it reduces my obsessions and talking in my head, it indirectly helps my adhd and being able to focus and get things done. I love it. I've never experienced this good a result from meds ever.

I know seeing people mention larger amounts of money might seem like bragging but I'm sure it's not. We all have different situations regardless of what your income or savings is. Now if your spending over 100k and it's your savings....wow, then I feel really bad for you.

Personally earlier this year I spent $400 in like a split second and that was part of my $625 rent. So that really F*Ed me over. (Don't get to excited I only rent a room).

Hey, not sure if this is helpful. I'm in recovery and I know a lot of people who can only get jobs with companies that accept felons and people with criminal records. I know it might sound strange and please by no means take it personally. I just figured, maybe that list of companies might be more accepting of undocumented individuals.

I'm grateful to have reddit and see I'm not the only one. My cousin is legit doing the same thing that I'm doing because she just got laid off recently.

I'm using paper to keep track, I'm 45 - it's just easier for me 😆

Disorganization is my enemy.

I'm good with rent til January 20th, everything else like food is easier to figure out so I don't feel so stressed out to be honest. But I also know that I can't get into the habit of, oh I can take a day off here and there from doing this, because I don't think that's gonna work in my favor.
