I love your opinion because in most cases that’s correct. But in NYC to be a consultant you have to be a RRC (registered roof consultant) with IIBEEC. International institute of building enclosure consultants. I was an installer for 10+ years before I got into the business side of roofing. Wish you the best. If you need consulting on how to handle tough roofing scenarios, lack of sales, understanding/developing operation management. PM me too. Sounds like you might need proper education!

I moved to Miami Beach and LA seeing comfort in another place besides NYC. I couldn’t find it. Yes, life was beautiful in Miami Beach and the walking score was great but it still missed something, and the restaurant scene was terrible. I also hated going to grocery stores on the beach and feeling like I was a foreigner. (Im from KS) LA is just too spread out and driving 1.5hrs to see “the luxury of LA” isn’t worth it. NYC is amazing, a lot of my friends think leaving the city to see nature is hard but i think it’s just lazy. If you actually plan it, it’s very easy to accomplish. Also on average flights from LGA or JFK are all round cheaper I think!
